Proposals of the Crisis Cabinet in administrative matters on ERTE

The group has structured the analysis of the essential issues in 3 blocks, indicated below
continuation of the topics submitted for debate in each of the blocks. Fruit of this
analysis Cabinet members have prepared 12 proposals.
- The legal system and the pandemic
- Reserve of law, system of sources and normative hierarchy in the state of alarm.
- The operation and administrative action.
- Administrative contracting in the pandemic situation and the rest of the administrative action.
- Essential elements of reconstruction. The aid and subsidies.
- The state of alarm and subsidies: analysis of the situation and proposals for action.
- Financial aspects of contracting and provision of needs.
