Last April, after the declaration of the state of alarm, Fide launched this Administrative Law Crisis Cabinet, with the aim of analyzing the problems and needs within the framework of administrative contracting in this emergency situation.
The Cabinet is directed by Alberto Palomar Olmeda, Lawyer in the Administrative Law Area at Broseta Abogados. Professor of Administrative Law (Accredited by ANECA), Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Contentious-administrative magistrate. Member of the Academic Council of FIDE and in it we have professionals in the field, coming from law firms, companies, academia and the Public Administration in its broadest sense.
