The Di-Capability Group remains committed to the training of students with disabilities and the development of a professional career in law firms

"We are making progress in our collaboration with the Rey Juan Carlos University Legal Assistant Course aimed at people with Disabilities seeking to enter the legal sector."

During the academic year 19-20, the first edition of the Title of Legal Assistant aimed at people with intellectual disabilities organized by the Rey Juan Carlos University and with which the Working Group of Fide Di-Capacity.

The valuable experience that the 1st edition gives us urges us to continue working to train and introduce all students to the legal sector. For this reason, on November 10, the Di-Capability group held a meeting with the directors of the URJC Degree to compare ideas and determine how the practices that these students will carry out in the different law firms that make up the group will be developed. We continue to work in this direction and will share all the lessons learned when this academic year ends.

The group is co-led this year, by Fernando Bazan, Partner of the Labor Area at Deloitte Legal, Margarita Fernandez, Partner of the Baker Mckenzie Labor Department, Ana Higuera, Director of Pro Bono at the Fernando Pombo Foundation and Cristina Jiménez, President of the Fundación Fide.
