Maximum interest in the day of debate in San Sebastián on the Conclusions reached by the Group Fide on a new consensual legal organization of work and labor relations

The opening of the day was in charge of Inaki Tapia, President of the Official College of Social Graduates of Guipuzkoa. Some members of the Group participated in it. Fide: Maria Emilia Casas Baamonde. Emeritus President of the Constitutional Court and Professor of Labor Law; Rosa Maria Virolés Pinol. Magistrate of the Fourth Chamber of the Supreme Court; Roman Gil Alburquerque. Lawyer specialized in Labor Law. Sagardoy Abogados and Cristina Jimenez Savurido. Judge on leave of absence, President of Fide. The moderation was in charge of Lourdes Perez Rebollar, Editor-in-Chief of the Diario Vasco.

Cristina Jiménez began her speech by thanking the Official College of Guipuzkoa for the interest shown in the Conclusions and Recommendations reached by the Group Fide and the organization of the conference dedicated to the analysis of the document and the matters dealt with in it and also thanking the work that the entire Group Fide Has made. María Emilia Casas, in her speech, made reference to the general conclusions and aspects related to collective bargaining and representation and participation; Román Gil, addressed the issues related to the engagement and Rosa María Virolés, focused her speech on the dismissal. Issues related to the internal flexibility.

During the three hours that the event lasted, the options of this working group were put on the table and some of them were debated in which, the professionals of Labor Law, representatives of Public Administrations and Magistrates of the Social Order who attended, exposed their vision of the reality with which they work daily, creating a lively debate that served for the speakers to highlight the reality of labor relations that occur in Guipuzkoa and the Basque Country.
