The 2021 labor reform places among its objectives the modernization of the architecture of collective bargaining. On the one hand, the application preference of company agreements in terms of salary amounts is eliminated. Similarly, the regime of indefinite ultraactivity of collective agreements is recovered. Both modifications are accompanied by transitory rules that raise numerous doubts as to their application. This second session of the cycle will be devoted to the analysis and study of the practical effects caused by the aforementioned regulatory changes.
