This cycle aims to focus on the debt sustainability with a more constructive perspective, framing it in the possibility of establishing a sustainability framework of this, and not only in resolving and liquidation mechanisms. In this sense, holders of publicly owned financial credit, financial credit owned by financial institutions will be invited and the systems of early warning entrusted both with the community directive, such as bankruptcy law, and developed by the Association of Registrars with the vision also of the Commercial Courts.
