What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the following:
- the execution of a commercial contract both for the provision of services (Speakers), and for the hiring of the same (Attendees); and labor contracts (Personnel of FIDE) in which the interested parties are a party. Interested parties are obliged to provide personal data for the execution of the same, otherwise the object of said contracts could not be carried out; based on Art.6.1.b.
