Director of Asset Allocation of AFP Cuprum (that belongs to Principal Financial Group) and Past President of CFA Society Chile. She has developed a career mainly in Investments, currently holding the position of Director of Asset Allocation, with responsibilities over the implementation of the investment strategy of the pension funds, as well as the selection of external managers and the implementation of strategic projects, such as the inclusion of ESG criteria in the investment process. Previously, she was Director of Digital Advisory for Principal Financial Group in Chile, in charge of ensuring the quality of content and consistency of advice to all of Principal and Cuprum clients in Chile. Between 2016 and 2018 she was Director of Research at AFP Cuprum, being responsible for providing, analyzing, and consolidating information that facilitated the discussion regarding the different aspects involved in the pension debate, in addition to analyzing proposals and their possible impacts. Until 2016, she was Director of International Investments at AFP Cuprum, with decision-making responsibility for pension fund investments in both equities and fixed income, outside of Chile. She is a Civil Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, has a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the same university, and holds the CFA Charterholder designation.
