He has more than 12 years of experience advising entities in the financial sector on legal and regulatory matters. He accumulates significant expertise in regulatory implementation projects, specializing in the regulation applicable to the provision of investment services (RIS, MiFID II/MiFIR and MiFID I), sustainability (SFDR), insurance distribution (IDD) and marketing of IICs (UCITS and AIFMD). Likewise, has led and coordinated highly complex international projects for different entities in the financial sector before Brexit, carrying out the necessary procedures before supervisory authorities including the European Central Bank (ECB) and the British PRA. In addition, he participates as an expert in different KPMG international regulatory working-groups on MiFID (currently, on RIS initiative) and ESG matters, and collaborates as a teacher in the Master’s Degree in Banking Law at CUNEF College in Spain. He is member of the Madrid Bar Association
