Responsible for ESG Legal at a global level at KPMG within the framework of the KPMG IMPACT initiative that coordinates the ESG strategy of KPMG Global. She also leads the Tax & Legal EMA ESG Hub at KPMG, leading the different lines of legal services, regulatory monitoring and knowledge management. She has more than 15 years of experience advising entities in the financial sector, where she leads the provision of ESG services to the main national and foreign entities. She previously worked at the National Securities Market Commission in Spain (CNMV), participating in different European working groups for the implementation of Directives and Regulations in Spain. Has extensive experience in supervising business conduct standards, especially in the insurance and investment services sector, as well as in aspects related to the RIS, MiFID I and MiFID II, EMIR, IDD, PSD II and ESG regulations and active in working groups on European legislation.
