Currently the Responsible Consultant for Novaster in Mexico and is focused on identifying areas of opportunity in terms of pensions (green and behavioral) and employee benefits, as well as providing advice to the firm’s clients. Previously, she served as director responsible for the international area of CONSAR, regulator and supervisor of pension fund administrators in Mexico, and served as Director of Pension Systems Operations at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. He has extensive experience in the design of pension plans and compensation and benefit schemes for employees in firms such as Mercer (Chicago and Mexico), Willis-Towers-Watson and HayGroup, now Korn Ferry, in Mexico. She has a degree in actuary from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, has a diploma in Insurance and a master’s degree in Finance from the same institution. Among the main topics of interest are the pensions category, financial education and inclusion, sustainable development, and the international arena.
