Fide Foundation: Congress: Can robots invent and create? A dialogue between Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property.
Congress: Can robots invent and create? A dialogue between Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property.

March 14th-15th, Alicante, Spain.

The rise of AI and its impact on the world economy (Industry 4.0, cloud/fog/edge computing, personal and non-personal data) is changing our landscape very rapidly. And, as in many other situations, the legal framework is not prepared for this change. This is especially concerning in the Intellectual Property field, as this new economy should be strongly supported by a clear set of rules, giving certainty to the stakeholders and fostering innovation.

In this two-day congress, we will analyze the key issues for IP in that new AI scenario.

Representatives from IP international organizations, academia, law practice
and industry will have a chance to share with the audience their different points of view about problems and solutions.
