Full Bio

David is the Executive Director of TI Spain and Coordinator of the BIF of this organisation. He is a lawyer (lustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, 2013) and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (2018) by The Compliance Certification Board and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Degree in Law from the University of Salamanca (2011). Master’s Degree in Governance and Human Rights from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2014).  

Specialist in Constitutional Justice and Jurisdictional Protection of Rights from the University of Pisa(2015). Degree in Political Science and Public Administration (2017) from the UAM.  He is also academic coordinator and lecturer of the several  postgraduate programmes at various universities and educational centres both in Spain and Latin America.
