International Congress on Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property

Analysing the key issues for IP in the new AI scenario.

About

The rise of AI and its impact on the world economy (Industry 4.0, cloud/fog/edge computing, personal and non-personal data) is changing our landscape very rapidly. And, as in many other situations, the legal framework is not prepared for this change. This is especially concerning in the Intellectual Property field, as this new economy should be strongly supported by a clear set of rules, giving certainty to the stakeholders and fostering innovation.
