En virtud de las relaciones institucionales que Fide mantiene, nos complace anunciar que participaremos como Partner Organisation del Columbia Arbitration Day (CAD) 2023.
El CAD es uno de los eventos de arbitraje más importantes del año a nivel internacional. Lo organiza la Columbia International Arbitration Association. Después de dos ediciones virtuales, el CAD volverá a celebrarse de manera presencial el viernes 14 de abril de 2023 en la Low Memorial Library de Columbia University (Nueva York).
El título del CAD 2023 es Arbitration Beyond the Box: New Innovations & Perspectives. Al programa del evento se puede acceder aquí. La conferencia contará con panelistas de la talla de Stephen G. Breyer (Juez retirado del Tribunal Supremo de EE. UU.), Georg Kodek (Juez del Tribunal Supremo de Austria), Anna Joubin-Bret (Secretaria de la CNUDMI) y Meg Kinnear (Secretaria General del CIADI).
